A separate PC with a parellel port is needed and a rotary tool (Dremel or other brand) is needed and not included in this kit. Some users may have success with aluminum using a very small depth of cut. This is a kit which requires assembly. Tools required for assembly are a power drill/driver (drill bits are provided in kit), screw drivers, a metal file, hammer and SAE wrenches.
